Unseasonal rains in Chikkamagaluru district & Food inflation

Due to unseasonal rains in Chikkamagaluru and surrounding areas,

1. The coffee plants are flowering again with berries already on it. This is causing problem with the process of plucking the coffee berries.

2. The paddy grass were cut and were about to be harvested. But, due to surprise rains, the grains may be go bad.

Due to the above two problems, i think it will add some numbers to the food inflation data

This is very true.
I studied under VTU university, Karnataka. Although the syllabus was competitive enough; the focus was less on practical things...

But after joining MS BITS,Pilani (Work Integrated), where there are no labs, the questions they ask in the exams are very practical. Eg: OOAD, they don't ask what is a class diagram. They give a use case saying to draw a collaboration diagram for "Inventory processing"

Indian education needs revamp and be more practical and innovative... that's the way to grow in double digits...
